    Measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape high under the arms.

    Measure where the waistband will sit. Keep the tape level and comfortably close.

    Sleeve / overarm

    With the arm relaxed, measure from the shoulder toward the wrist when the product chart asks for length.

    Inside leg

    Measure from the crotch to where the trouser hem should finish on the shoe.
