We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card). Payment is taken at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely.

5. Delivery

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3-5 working days after dispatch. 6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day returns policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. To start a return, please email support@bgsuits.co.uk with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Customs and Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
