Cookie Policy
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Some are essential for the shop to work. Others help us understand visits and measure our adverts, and we only use those if you agree.
Your choices
On your first visit we ask whether you accept non-essential cookies. None are set until you choose “Accept all”, and “Reject non-essential” is just as easy. You can change your mind at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. We remember your choice for about six months.
Essential cookies (always on)
- Bag, checkout and account (WooCommerce and WordPress): remember your bag, keep checkout secure and keep you signed in.
- Your cookie choice (bg_cookie_consent): remembers whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies, for about six months.
- Payment security (Stripe: __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid and m): help prevent fraud when you pay.
- Site security (__cf_bm): helps protect the site from automated abuse.
Analytics cookies (only if you accept)
- Google Analytics (_ga and _ga_*): how visitors use the site, kept for up to 13 months.
- WooCommerce Analytics by Jetpack (tk_ai, tk_lr, tk_or, tk_qs and tk_r3d): how shoppers use the store, kept for up to a year.
Marketing cookies (only if you accept)
- Google Ads (_gcl_au, and IDE on doubleclick.net): measure whether our Google adverts lead to orders, kept for up to 13 months.
- Order attribution (WooCommerce sbjs_ cookies): record which website or advert brought you to us when you place an order, and expire when you close your browser.
If you reject non-essential cookies, Google’s tags may still send limited signals without cookies under Google Consent Mode. These do not store or read cookies on your device.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop your bag and checkout from working.
