Delivery
From order to door.
Free standard UK delivery on every order. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days and usually arrive 3–5 working days after dispatch.
We also deliver to the European Union for £10.50 per order and to the United States for £17.50 per order. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Customers receive a tracking number when the order has been dispatched.
Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges. These are payable by the recipient and are not included in our prices or delivery charges.
Refunds and returns
Review the policy before ordering.
You can return unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Email support@bgsuits.co.uk with your order number to start a return. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the item, and return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
